Our Story

Born on the Beas River

What started as a passion project in 2009 has grown into Kullu Valley's most trusted rafting operator. Our founder, a local Himachali adventurer, believed every visitor deserved a safe, exhilarating experience on the Beas River.

Today, with over 50,000 happy adventurers and counting, we operate on 6 carefully mapped routes — from gentle 4km family floats to the legendary 16km Babeli-to-Jhiri expedition.

Every guide on our team is IRF (International Rafting Federation) certified, every raft is inspection-grade, and every experience is crafted with both adrenaline and safety at the core.

Best Time to Visit

Season Calendar

Peak Season

May – June (snowmelt = best rapids)

Himalayan snowmelt fills the Beas with powerful rapids. The best time for adrenaline seekers. Water is cold but refreshing.

Pleasant Season

September – October (moderate water, great weather)

Post-monsoon brings moderate water levels, pleasant weather, and fewer crowds. Great for couples and photography.

Monsoon Closure

July 15 – September 15 (government mandated)

Government-mandated closure due to heavy rains and dangerously high water levels. Safety first — we don't operate during this period.

Closed Season

December to February (too cold, low water)

Water levels drop too low and temperatures make rafting impractical. Consider Manali skiing instead!

Water Temperature by Month

March–April 8–12°C (cold, wetsuit recommended)
May–June 14–18°C (refreshing)
September–October 16–20°C (comfortable)
November 10–14°C (chilly)
